My passion has always been sailing. I started my yachting career in 2010 and quickly fell in love with the industry and soon realized that I could turn my passion into a career. I gained my Yacht Master Offshore in 2015 and I have worked in the capacity of a Captain/Skipper in the UK, Greece, Turkey, Croatia & South East Asia.


I have worked as a Flotilla Skipper, Private Captain and have worked for some of the biggest names in the industry. I have also worked in the Super Yacht industry, in the capacity of Chief Officer and continue to work towards my 500tn license.


My career in yachting has not just been limited to the sea, I headed up one of the biggest charter yacht companies in South East Asia, which is a rapidly emerging market.


Through all of these experiences, it led me to set up Sailing Starboard in 2019, to deliver yacht charters the right way. Sailing Starboard is growing on a yearly basis often through referrals of my existing client base. I really understand the industry and want my potential clients to have the best trip possible. Therefore, I only propose yachts that I know my customers are in safe hands and I strive to find the best deals out there.

Our vast knowledge of sailing destinations allows us to assist you from start to finish. We love it when our customers send us pictures of their holidays. We know chartering can be expensive when you add up all the costs such as flights, fuel, crew, berthing fees, food and beverage. That is why we strive to find you the best deal witht he most reputatable companies. We often discount from our own comission, to sweeten the deal! This is on top of your usual discounts such as Early Booking or Long-Term discount.

A lot of our customer holidays don't just start and finish on the water. We work closely with many tour operators who can provide high end experiences from jungles to castles. We are here to work for you and want to make sure you have the best holiday possible with the least amount of stress possible. The best way to accomplish this is to get in touch with us, so that we can understand all of your requirements.

*We highly recommend all our customers to take out holiday insurance. For our bareboat customers we recommend taking out skipper’s insurance to protect against the security deposit and deductible that charter operators have.
